Casting processes: Green Sand Molding (high volume, economical), Shell Molding (better surface finish), No-Bake / CO2 Sand (prototypes and small batches), Investment / Lost Wax Casting (precision, net-shape, stainless steel). Post-processing: Complete CNC machining including hobbing, shaping, milling, turning, drilling, grinding, keyway cutting, spline cutting. Heat treatment: Normalizing, Quenching & Tempering, Case Hardening, Induction Hardening, Annealing, Stress Relieving. Inspection: Chemical analysis (spectrometer), Brinell/Rockwell hardness, ultrasonic & magnetic particle crack detection, dimensional CMM report, mechanical test bars. Pattern shop in-house: 3D CAD modeling, CNC pattern milling, reverse engineering from sample parts. Average lead time: 25-35 days for new patterns, 10-15 days for repeat orders.
